Venting orientation acceptable? 1

The attached picture is how a project I inherited was vented. I think another company did it. I’ve never seen any underground plumbing with only one vent connection. Is this acceptable?

Not even close.

Showers have to be vented.

Back to back water closets (two instances) have to be vented.

The L-1 and EWC-1 connected to the 2.5" riser has to be vented.

Mop basin and urinal has to be vented.
