Anybody has an electronic copy of the said standard?

Could send you a PDF but they are electronically secured when you download them. Heard about a guy who viewed them online took screen shots, cut and pasted into a viewing program and printed each page from there. Personally, I'd rather spend the $75 and get the real thing. It is available for free viewing online at ASHRAE.org though.
