Vena Contracta in orifice plates 1

Hi. Does anybody know how to find the diameter of a Vena Contracta in orifice plates in gas/vapour flows?
 
A vena contracta is point in flow where a jet of fluid is narrowest. It's not 'governed' by any measurable boundry. Was after an analytical solution.
