Hi,
Trying to find out the correct formula's for calculating the loading on the axles of a vehicle in respect of placing items,ie. seats etc. within the vehicle structure. (including forward and rearward of the axles and not on a specific centreline.)
Can do the basic calcs but need to go a bit deeper, also effects that the items have on the C.O.G.
Any advice, links or literature details will help.
Thanks.

GudBud,

You will find that all you need is elementary statics to perform these calculations. Please check the FAQ for helpful links as well.
