VCM Barge Unloading 1

I am seeking proven methods for off-loading VCM from inland barges (LPG barges used for VCM service, 12,000 bbl). Compressors are typically used for rail and truck unloading, but seem undersized for barges. The barge company wants to use nitrogen, but that contaminates the VCM. We are considering pumps, but that requires barge modifications.

What methods are typically used for unloading VCM from barges?
