vba question

Hi,

I am new to Mirostation, and I see it uses a scripting language called visual basic application (VBA). My question is, is VBA same as VBScript? or it is different.

if different please explain how?

It's only similar. VBScript is specifically for scripting Windows and does not have much in the way of hooks to the innards of applications, hence VBA:
