Can someone please direct me to a manufacturer of an accurate & robust modulating valve actuator? Valves are rotary and linear, sizes are >2" and stroke is >5".

Depends upon your specs. Perhaps that is the core question ...
Try the major suppliers (i dont want to advertise here as it is subjective). They are in many directories (eg: your telephone book). Good luck.
