Hello there,

how to get (extrapolate) values from a simulation in certain points which do not belong to the mesh?

For example I would like to average the resulting Heat FLux field on a equally spaced grid of points on my model (see below), because my mesh has some local nodes concetration due to local refinement. I know I can compute it by averaging on the area of the single elements, but I would like to compare this method with the "virtual grid" one.

How to get the HFL values on a "virtual" grid of points?

Many Thanks, Alex
