Vacuums advice

I am almost ready to place my orders for the equipment consumables and raw materials for my shop.
However, I feel a bit confused about the specifications I must look for especially about the vacuums. What kind of vacuums should I go for?

P.S. I am talking for a professional composites shop and not a "DIY" one.
