Vacuum Testing a Wet Well

How can a large Wet Well (10' or 12') be Vacuum tested if the Access Hatch is not Air Tight?

And also other holes in the Top Slab such as holes for Electrical/Floats which can be difficult to plug.

Mechanically anchor a liner over the access hatch and seal with elastomeric sealant.

Use watertight pipe/electrical connections with gasketed pipe bell connectors or sleeves for boot type connectors.
