I'm looking for UTS and YS data on two types of post HT aluminum wire.
Material #1: Aluminum 2014 wire
Incoming state: H13, 35-40ksi UTS
Heat Treat: Solution at 935 deg F for 50-60 mins, water quench, natural age at room temp for 96 hours
Material #2: Aluminum 7075 wire
Incoming state: H13, 31-36ksi UTS
Heat Treat: Solution at 870 deg F for 50-60 mins, water quench, then 1st step age at 240 deg F for 3h45m-4h5m, air cool, then 2nd step age at 325 def F for 5h45m-6h5m, air cool, then 3rd step age at 350 deg F for 7h45m-8h5m, air cool.
All temperatures are +/- 10 deg F.
