Using relations to fill a yes no user defined parameter based on file creation

Hello all,

I am attempting to make a fully automated BOM format that has both IGES and a DWG fields that are filled with yes or no parameters I have created. Is there any way to have the two yes no

parameters check yes automatically if a .iges or .dwg file with the same file name as the part/assy is created using relations. I have been rattling my brain and searching the web for about a

week now with little to no luck any help is appreciated.
