hi guys i am wanting to design a single beam mast for a antenna 80ft high which will require guy wires and i am wanting what the best stress analysis or simulation to see if under a light load or just free standing is it going bend or deform in strong winds and i am also wondering how the guy wire can simulated or stress anylzed if someone could help

Hello!,
Use CBEAM elements to mesh the mastil, and CROD elements to mesh the guy wires. But be aware that you must use only ONE CROD element per GUY WIRE, if not your model will give you error of SINGULAR MATRIX because the guy is a mechanism. Take a look to my post
