Using EzDraw files in AutoCAD

We run AutoCAD and various other graphic packages. We import and export between packages. Have just received some files with the file extension "ezdraw" (asuming these are EzDraw files). Does any one know of a way to get these into AutoCAD (even via another graphics packages). Also is EzDraw able to convert files to "dxf" or any other main stream grathic file type.
