How to have user customer default grayed ?
I don't want user customize differently from other, because if there is a problem is more difficult to find.

You can set-up Group and Site versions of the Customer Default files and simple LOCK those items that you don't want the users to change. To find out how to set this up, open you NX Help files and search on "Levels of customer defaults". There you will find what you need to set these files up so as to control what the average user is allowed to change and what they are not allowed to.
