Can anyone tell me what Allowable Stresses for ASME material (SA-516-60) do I use in a AD-Merkblatter design?
How do I determine the allowable stress for AD-M design or can I use the allowable stress as in ASME II Part D?

I presume both codes have a different basis for the determination of allowable stresses (Im pretty sure AD2000 uses materials indicated with a werkstoffnumber), so therefore using ASME stress allowables in AD2000 would not be a good idea. It's like putting a different fuel in your car's tank, and not knowing if your engine will like it.
