I am interested in the technical information:

Use in quaternary ammonium salts (arquad 2ht-75 see attached file) as surface active material.5% of arquad mixed with mineral powder the size 40 micron.
which kind of mixer should i use?
how can i storage and handle quaternary ammonium salt("arquad 2ht-75" (trade mark of akzo nobel company))?
please help me with this issue.

Storage and handling information is in the MSDS you attached, read it.
Mixing equipment will be dependant upon quantity to be mixed how often, the packaging that it is in, down stream use. To provide a sensible answer please supply more information.

since it's a paste and you will use it as catalyst (?) , as far as I know it's better to use a z-blade mixer. I'm not a specialist though
good luck

I have used quartenary amonium salts before, but they were used as a surfactant to help create an emulsion. They did not show any reactive properties that were noticible.
