Use DXF as grid

I´d like to know if it´s possible to import a dxf file as a grid. I need to use de line of the dxf file as the grind lines. ¿is this possible?, ¿can anyione help me?

i know that if you import a dxf file to sap2000, it just defined as frame element

as long as i know, the grid must be modeled in the SAP itself
