USB Hardlock Key

I am having a horrific time getting Windows XP to recognize the USB Hardlock key. Anyone have any tips or have run into this?

Have you tried calling their support team? I use a parallel port lock on XP - didn't know they had a USB lock. Do you have to pay extra?
