USB Flash Drive

I would like to overmould a USB flash drive in housing of my own design. I am finding it difficult to source just pcb assembly without housing.
Could easily get existing housed product and break it open but that would be painful for 250+ products.

Anybody know of supplier? 128Mb minimum

If your intention is a custom packaged USB drive, I can't halp. but if your intention is custom labeling a USB drive there are suppliers who do this, like
memorysuppliers.com that I've used for promo flash drives.
