pls someone tell me, if your mains is loaded with unbalanced loads, i mean every phase is loaded quite diffently do we encounter a voltage drop on the lines, compared to no-load voltages??

? mean whether an asymettrical voltage drop..
 
Load is what causes voltage drop. If you have no load then you have no current flow. VD = amps x wire impedance.
 
Yes, unequal current causes unequal voltages.
