What is the procedure to find UPLIFT forces required for anchorage in API 620 tanks ? , if there isnt any ,can I use Uplift load conditions given in API 650 table 5-21 as given below. If i use the formula given in API 650 the value of UPLIFT seems to be high .

My question is whether the USED condition from API 650 takes account of only the Design internal pressure acting on Roof , because it doesnt seem to considering the internal pressure acting downward & on the shells .
