Unwanted error message 2

When I turn on SW 2006 I get a stop sign and a message saying Cosmos Flo Works application failed.
I do not have Cosmos Flo Works installed on my computer.
at present I just click the OK button and continue working.
I would like to get rid of this. SW is looking for this application, Is there a tools setting to get rid of this?

yes look under Tools- Add ins

After firing up SolidWorks, go to Tools > Add-ins and de-select Cosmos FloWorks ... and any other add-in that you will not be using during that session.
