Unsteady Analysis problem using HEC-RAS

Hi there..I am facing a problem when I used HEC-RAS for unsteady analysis. I have checked my geometry and everything was fine, even I used the examples given by the software itself and everytime I get the same problem...As I press compute, I don't get any output and I get a message saying "+STOP! Error in the time window".

I have attached to this post the error message I got..Please help!

I don't know could it be a problem with windows7 or am I missing something?

Just check the time format in your computer and ensure it is English (from control panel)..Problem Solved!
