There's a series of papers published as ABK 1981a, 1981b, and 1984, dealing with Mitigation of Seismic Hazards in URM buildings. The first paper deals with diaphragm testing, the second with wall out-of-plane loading and the third with the overall methodology. Agbabian, Barnes, Kariotis were/are the respectve ABK Consultants. Anybody seen them? Does anybody know where they might be downloaded?
