I am checking a pressure system to ensure that it meets the requirements of B31.9 The system has a number of unlisted components. These are probably perfectly adequate components, and we are using them within the manufacturers' ratings, but they were not designed to the specs listed in Table 926.1. Is there any way to get out of having to do calculations on these (or worse, experimental stress analysis or proof test) and still meet the requirements of B31.9? Thanks.

I should add -- the system has to conform to B31.9 only due to bureaucratic requirements. There is no question that the design is safe and functional as-is. Thanks.

Who or what is requiring that you meet B31.9? If it's the local authorities (based on your comment about "bureaucratic requirements"), then there's probably no way around doing the calculations. I doubt those bureaucrats will accept the word of anonymous strangers over the Internet.
