Unknown video tripod at hand

Gentlemen hi, I just purchased a tripod among other equipment and would like to know the value of it. It looks like it's heavy duty with actuators that are probably used to elevate and lower the head plus it has cables/connectors I assume for connecting to a video camera. There's no model or brand name on it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
