UNit cylinder in ABAQUS

I have to model a unit cylinder in compression. the height should be 2 times the cross- sectional dimensions. Then i must apply a displacement boundary condition that changes the height by 35%. linearly elastic isotropic material properties: E=1200 MPA, Poissons ratio of .49
A.) conduct mesh convergence
B.) obtain stress strain curve and plot.


any help is great. Im a beginner
