While i was working on Unisim to check the performance of a stripper column, i was facing a problem with tray sizing. In tray sizing, i have given all the details of trays and selected the tray flooding method as "minimum Csb". Then the model was Flooding was showing jet flooding. But, if i select the flooding method as "original Csb" then it was not showing any flooding".
And by increasing the feed temperature, i was getting less vapor liquid trafic in rectification section.
Appreciate if someone help me to clarify this.
I have tried in KGTOWER which requres vapor liquid flow on that particular tray, which i have to take from unisim.
