UNION BFK 150 horizontal milling machine

I was in charge some days ago, by the company to manage the retrofit and relocation of a BFK 150. All the papers were lost, so I don't have any information. If anywone can provide any information, sketches, drawings, technical specifications would really help.

Can you at least reveal the information on the builder's plate?
Serial number, model, date of build, stuff like that.
