Unicode font to replace PTC "font"

I am trying to replace PTC's 'font' in our drawings and formats for a Unicode font. I have tried to use the Microsoft fonts(Arial Unicode MS Regular etc.), however the width factor is almost 2X greater than the out of the box PTC Font. Anyone out there know of a font which is Unicode which can replace the PTC Font?
