Underground CISP tie-in

Anyone know the best way to tie into existing underground 4" extra heavy (XH) CISP, hub and spigot type gravity sanitary piping? I want to put in a new floor drain and tie in with a 4" wye (or 4 x 3) but I can't think of how you'd get the fitting in.

If you cut the right length of section out, I could go with the hubless (no-hub) with the shielded couplings, but I want to maintain the XH pipe and I think the hubless only comes in service weight (SV).

On line I saw a promising 4" "tap saddle wye" by Fernco, but then I discovered in the plumbing code that "saddle type fittings" are one of several "Prohibited Joints".

I also haven't seen any "slip joint" specialties and even these per the code are limited to trap outlets, trap inlets and within the trap seal for drainage.

I think if you insist on the x heavy pipe, you will have to use x heavy hub & spigot piping to make the connection.

Per Charlotte Pipe & Foundry, no hub pipe is not even service weight, but has its own classification. They would not tell me what.
