Unable to install Siemens NX 12

I am trying to install Siemens NX 12 but I am not, since successfully I have installed license file "SOLID SQUAD" in 'C' folder, but on clicking on launch.exe option for installation, the application is not working. The screen is blank. Please help me out friends.
