Unable to access NX8.5 Topology optimization module

I am having trouble accessing the topology optimization module of NX 8.5, I keep getting an error message saying “Failed to check out license cae_opt_topo”.I have attached the screenshots for your reference. Any help with this will be much appreciated.

Do you have a license for it?
Search your license file for cae_opt_topo because as far as I can tell it isn't in any of the CAE bundles so I assume it's an add-on.

Thanks, it was indeed a licensing problem. Licenses for the required modules were missing.
