This forum is about as good as any...
Looking for an "inexpensive" ultrasonic knife... anything in the $200ish range? Best I've found so far is a model from Honda that's >$400 (Amazon, eBay), etc. I don't expect to receive a lot of benefit from a $3k+ model, and I'd hate to lose $400+ if/when it breaks. Nutshell, I'm looking for the "Harbor Freight" version of the knife (and the Honda isn't that far off to begin with).
