Ultimate Strength of 60 ksi rebar

What is the ultimate strength of 60 ksi rebar? 60 ksi rebar is ASTM A706. For the life of me I can't seems to find the ultimate strength. I guess I am assuming that 60 ksi is the yield strength, which I think is a pretty safe assumption, but maybe not.

The best thing to do would be to purchase a copy of the ASTM A706 (which is the weldable steel) or the ASTM A615 (which is the more typically specified rebar spec)
