I'm not aware of any code case relevant to the ULT-18 provision of 5 times the shell thickness between the edges of nozzle weld and the main circular seam. Does this clause apply to a vessel operating / designed around -50 F and designed to Div.2 / U2 stamp, made of SA 516-60 cladded with 316L. The base material/cladding is, obviously, listed in Section II (refer ULT-5(b)).
