UL 508A Clarification 1

Can a Industrial Panel Suplier whos has UL-508 Certification use a non UL Certified Enclosure install UL Certified components and classify the complete assembly including the Enclosure as UL Certified.
This panel is for the Stae of Alsaka which I understand requires all components including the enclosure to be have a NRTL certification

It's possible but not likely.

Enclosures not listed or recognized must either be described (by make and model) in the shop's FUS procedure or be found upon inspection to meet all requirements of Sections 62 thru 64 of 508A standard, type 1 construction only.

Our inspector would have a cow before approving a non-UL enclosure.
