ug toolbars in different win xp users 1

hi dear friends
why have different ug users in one computer(win xp users) have different ug session toolbar and icons settings?
how can i make them similar?

The settings are stored in the registry.
Extract the settings from the one person's registry and import them to the other users. The users must be logged in as them, or you have to know how to modify the registry settings of someone not logged in. Might require admin priviledges.
