U1A form 1

The 2011 adenda has changed the U1A form. Does anyone know if there is an interactive version of this on the web. I tried the ASME site and can only find a PDF and I hate filling in these forms by hand.

National Board has on line forms for registered vessels.

I checked out the national board site and although they have some forms I could not find a U1A. I downloaded a PDF version and converted it through OCR but everything is all messed up.
