Type of damping to be considered for Structural , Frequency response analysis?

Which type of damping should be taken into account, for structural analysis. It is a frequency response analysis based on modal shapes.

Attached image , the software shows two types of damping, namely viscous damping, hysteritic damping.

I am confused , which one i have to feed the input to get the accurate results. I am planning to assume a 5% as damoing factor.
