I am trying to locate two-piece bleeder screws, like the one in the attachment. The assembly consists of an outer bushing with a bleeder screw that screws into it. The bushing has -4 SAE threads and appears to be a 37 degree JIC fitting with an O-ring. The bleeder screw is 1/4” with 1/4 – 28 threads. The working pressure is 3,000 psi. Does anyone know where these can be purchased?

Probably not an aircraft part, since there no provisions for securing the threads. I'd look for suppliers of automotive or industrial hydraulic components.

That's what I was needing. Thank you so much, Compositepro!
