two engines compatible with remote control

Since I failed I would like to see your vision on the following.

I have a motor (winch motor 1), and a motor (winch motor 2)

winch motor 1 has a standard wired control, up / down and emergency stop.

what I want is that the winch motor 2 on the remote works from winch motor 1.
I have three diagrams of capstan motor 1
and a schedule of winch motor 2 will probably be here another capacitor between but this is not shown in the diagram.

Aangezien ik er niet uit kom zou ik graag jullie visie willen zien over het volgende.

Ik heb een motor ( liermotor 1) en een motor ( liermotor 2)

liermotor 1 heeft standaard een bedrade bediening, up / down & noodstop.

wat ik wil is dat de liermotor 2 ook op de bediening werkt van liermotor 1.
ik heb een drietal schema's van liermotor 1
en één schema van liermotor 2, waarschijnlijk zal hier nog een condesator tussen moeten maar deze staat niet afgebeeld in het schema.

I can identify the word as Dutch but I cannot understand Dutch. I'm very sorry what I wanted to say was-on the contrary-don't use
Dutch in the sketch. The first 3 links-"http/…" I cannot open. The address is wrong and the file cannot be found.
