Turning off DimXpert 2

I don't use DimXpert, but somehow it is "on" or enabled on some part files. The problem is this prevents displaying dimensions flat to the screen, which I really do want. I've looked in SWX Help, but haven't been able to see how to disable DimXpert so I can have my 'flat to screen' display. Anyone have the answer?

RMB the top line in the DimXpert manager, and select Delete.
