Trumpf Trummatic L5005 not working !!!

I have an 1996 Trumpf Trumatic L5005 with a TASC 500 controller and has a TLF 2600 Turbo. The pc controller will not boot up! The drives turn on but the screen is blank (the monitor works)and the PC is not active(but pc board's led lit up). When it happend before and finally started a day later it had an error "last boot disk failed" F1 continue and work fine untill last power outage!!! now nothing. Can I retrofit a newer controller on the old Trumpf laser??

Sounds to me as though it is a hard disk problem hard disk does not pass post (power on system test)so pc portion does not boot. replace hard disk and all software on it you might be ok
