I have a question on the 'rule of thumb' for contour sizing/selecting sizing. Meaning Large, Medium and Small cutting contours.

How does one know when to use which one.

Example: You need to cut 0.06" holes in 0.120" material. How do you know what contour size to use.

Use small when the hole is smaler than the plate is thick for the rest you can use big contours
