EN 10111 Coninuously hot-rolled low carbon steel sheet and strip for cold bending - Technical delivery conditions
or
DIN 1614-1 Steel flat products; hot rolled sheet and strip; technical delivery conditions; mild unalloyed steels for cold reducing
For RQSt 37-2, look in
EN 10025 Hot rolled products of non-alloy structural steels; technical delivery conditions
or
