I need information on the minimum/maximum clearance for a WB-65 truck from a building wall or curb. I got to fit a WB-65 turning template in a parking lot but there are only 4 feet of clearance between the truck and the wall of a proposed building and I don't want to end up with the truck hitting the wall when trying to turn. Can anybody give me a recommendation? Thank you.

Is the area of the truck traffic a loading/unloading area? Or parking? Believe me, as one who used to operate trucks...if I could park and manouever without too much effort...that was the choice for me. If I can park it along a wall without having to back up (and get a spotter, etc) that was for me.

What kind of parking lot is this anyway?

In a class I took many years ago, access management guru Dr. Stover advocated giving at least a meter clearance on either side of what the turning template shows, since the template shows what most vehicles in that class can do, not what most drivers in those vehicles can do.

If the obstruction is a building, I would give more than that, since the damage would be greater. I'd also give more leeway for backing maneuvers.

I once watched a driver in a WB-50 place the front right corner of his truck within three inches of a bridge parapet without leaving any paint on it, but I wouldn't bet on getting drivers with that level of skill.

Thank you KRSServices and LTAPJim for your valuable suggestions.
