Truck suitable for Class I Div I area

It's an industrial truck rated "EE" under the certifications ASME's/ANSI B56.8, ANSI/NFPA-505, ANSI/UL-583 and OSHA 1910.178, suitable for a hazardous area Class I Div I? Can this kind of truck be consider intrinsically safe?
