Tripp Lite SMART700USB

I have a Tripp Lite SMART700USB that I want to fix. I think it stopped working after a voltage surge on the output ground terminal of the UPS. I haven't been able to find any manuals or schematics. Can anyone help me out?

Are you outside of the 2-year warranty?

Unfortunately the warranty no longer applies. Maybe there's a disgruntled former Tripp Lite product tech out there?

Not what you want to hear, but trying to fix a low end UPS is not worth it..

Even some of the higher end stuff with tech support on the line can be difficult and/or expensive to troubleshoot and repair.

Agree with Dan.

If the battery is good, save it and look for a similar UPS on ebay.

It seems like it's more trouble than it's worth. I kept the battery and threw out the rest.
